3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Free Trial

We offer a 3-day free trial for new users. After the trial period, your subscription will begin and you will be charged the applicable monthly fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.

5. Pricing and Payment

The Service is billed at $97 per month.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
No refunds are provided for partial months of service.
If you cancel during your free trial, you will not be charged.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Publish content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringing on third-party rights
Engage in spamming or other deceptive practices
Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service
Use the Service for any website promoting illegal activities

8. Content Ownership

Content generated by the Service for your website belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to use anonymized performance data to improve our Service. We do not claim ownership over your website or existing content.

9. No Guaranteed Results

While our Service is designed to improve your search engine visibility and online presence, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or business outcomes. SEO results depend on many factors including industry competition, website quality, and search engine algorithm changes. Results vary by user.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
